The basic idea of ​​our CRM is to get an overview of the total membership base at a glance, to be able to see summarized information about a member immediately and, if necessary, to navigate down to the data record level with a click of the mouse. For this purpose, various tools are available in VEWA, such as the new graphical dashboard, the favorites or the on-site data manager.

The member file in customer relationship management

Part of the CRM area in GRÜN VEWA7 is also the module CRM Communications, through which, among other things, a complete member file in VEWA can be accessed.

This means that outgoing documents can be automatically stored so that such a member file grows automatically over time and, if necessary, makes all documents available at a central point.

The additionally available DMS module (document management for recording and digitizing incoming mail) creates a complete member file, which includes incoming and outgoing documents as well as emails. This member file doesn't just contain documents - it also forms the CRM communication system GRÜN VEWA7 handles all communication processes, also documents, for example, consultations or simply queries from a member, which, for example, were answered by telephone by the member service.

Relationship management in VEWA

CRM relationship management from GRÜN VEWA7 enables a freely definable link between two contacts (address data records in the central table main address master).

It is completely irrelevant whether this involves two people (families, married couples), two companies (corporate or group structures) or people and companies (classic contact person or employee relationship or any function within a company or an organization). These relationships in VEWA can form distributors and can be easily selected as such.

Relationships are also addressable and can be assigned to different communication areas. This enables a very flexible dispatch management with practically any number of deviating addresses for different processes. A female member can, for example, receive general correspondence, such as invitations to the annual general meeting or the classic Christmas letter to the private address together with her husband (addressed to the married couple), but the contribution invoice can be sent to the employer address differently.

Distributor and communication switch in member administration

In GRÜN VEWA7 distributors can be freely defined. Documents can be sent by e-mail with an attachment or traditionally by post. Depending on the recipient's wishes, automatically on the preferred communication channel - this is done conveniently via the communication switch integrated in our system.
