GRÜN eVEWA4 already offers one as standard Member community area, in which the members can log in via a link on your website in order to change their data there independently (so-called "self-service").
Depending on your wishes Member organization or authorization of the members, a change notification can also be sent to the office using a form, for example to provide new address or contact details. Members receive in the community of GRÜN eVEWA4 also provides information about your membership and documents for download.
In GRÜN eVEWA4 is a 'become a member' form which can be easily integrated into your existing website. This can be used to recruit new members via your company's website.
You will see a new membership application from the Internet immediately on your dashboard in the eVEWA web client, you can call it up with a click of the mouse and then check it. EVEWA automatically creates the new member for you via a release workflow - manual data entry is a thing of the past!
The eVEWA functions in the area of the member community and the forms are directly linked to the administration's data management. This means that there is no need to create interfaces or even separate data storage.

Customer platform we offer all customers and interested parties free access to exclusive Video Tutorials and Product innovations on. In short videos with audio, we show you the functions of our software solutions. The documentation, Best Cast examples and software versions can also be accessed here. The customer platform also serves as a ticket system for VEWA customers.
