Commercial processes inthe seminar management
The seminar management from GRÜN VEWA7 supports the classic commercial processes in event management, from debiting the participation fees and printing invoices, to payments and dunning.
With the add-on module VEWA invoicing you can additionally invoice any articles (documents, books etc.) to your participants and customers - or you can offer them in your online shop. For this we offer with GRÜN eVEWA4 integrated solutions. GRÜN VEWA7 supports you in booking out open items - also automatically from your bank account statement. In addition, the electronic direct debit procedure is supported - of course with SEPA payment transactions.
From GRÜN VEWA7 can be used to generate event invoices, both as an individual invoice for one participant and for all participants in an event at the push of a button.
The invoice run is revision-proof in a spool logic. A log and an invoice preview are available from such a spool. After checking, the event invoices, including the generation of receivables, can be generated from the spool - VEWA supports all invoicing variants that occur in seminars with different debtors and invoice recipients, e.g. to the employer, any different billing address or to the participant himself.
From GRÜN VEWA7 provides a three-stage dunning system based on the generated claims against the debtor. Overviews that can be called up easily and quickly in the on-site data manager, open item and dunning lists and a freely configurable dunning letter are part of the VEWA dunning system.
Incoming payments can be made via the in GRÜN VEWA7 integrated electronic payment transactions are partly recorded automatically. In addition to the SEPA direct debit of participation fees, our electronic account statement is a tool for automatically reading and booking your bank's electronic account statement. Of course, an incoming payment can also be booked manually in individual cases.
In the standard model of GRÜN VEWA7 is a financial accounting interface to many common financial accounting already included.

Customer platform we offer all customers and interested parties free access to exclusive Video Tutorials and Product innovations on. In short videos with audio, we show you the functions of our software solutions. The documentation, Best Cast examples and software versions can also be accessed here. The customer platform also serves as a ticket system for VEWA customers.
