The first meeting of the VEWA Program Advisory Board took place on November 9, 2023 GRÜN HUB Berlin took place.
The GRÜN Software Group the, market-leading provider of industry software for institutions, was able to invite 9 customers to the first meeting on November 14th VEWA program advisory board im GRÜN HUB Berlin welcome. The day began with a warm welcome and a shared breakfast.
Dirk Hönscheid, Managing Director of GRÜN Software Group GmbH, and Julian Schlitter, CRM manager, opened the event with a presentation of possible topics for the program advisory board's workshops. These suggestions were expanded upon by customers and prioritized through a vote.
The central theme of the 1st VEWA Program Advisory Board was “interchange between each other”. Customers showed keen interest in the workflows and best-case applications VEWA software other customers, with the aim of learning best practices and processes.

The afternoon session was characterized by workshops that focused on the previously chosen focal points - in particular VEWA communications and the integration of AI into VEWA. The workshops resulted in a lively exchange of ideas.
The first VEWA program advisory board meeting was an outstanding and innovative event. As hosts, we were able to collect numerous suggestions. We would like to thank all participants for their valuable contributions and the commitment shown. We look forward to the next meeting, which is scheduled to take place before the 2024 summer holidays, and look forward to further developing our software solutions in close collaboration. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate the implemented ideas and discuss further improvements to our software.
