The 29th Austrian Fundraising Congress found from 10. to 12. October 2022 instead of. More than 200 visitors were welcomed to the Europahaus Vienna on each day of the event. One of the highlights of the event again this year was the presentation of the Fundraising Awards, which were awarded to well-known non-profit organizations and agencies in seven categories. The winners of the category "Online campaign of the year“ were also this year with the GRÜN Fundraising Award honored.
For the twelfth time, the GRÜN Software Group the together with the Austrian GRÜN Fundraising Services Ltd, Provider of market-leading fundraising software for donation organizations in Austria and Germany, the GRÜN Fundraising Award presented. Innovative ideas that inspire and involve people are awarded. The winners were selected by an independent jury. The jury evaluates the creativity, the fundraising success and the variety of methods of the fundraising campaigns. This year the winner was the campaign “Donate simply and sustainably to the new social market!" of the Upper Austrian table.
More than 200 people come to the Upper Austrian table every day. Those seeking help are suffering massively from the increased energy and food prices. For them, the price increases are a real threat. The number of fellow human beings who no longer know how to make ends meet for themselves and their families is growing every day.
The Upper Austrian Food Bank would like to help these people and is looking for supporters. Even a small donation to support the social market can help keep the shelves stocked. With the fundraising campaign “Donate simply and sustainably for the new social market!”, which focuses on micro-donations, a campaign was launched to turn new target groups into long-term donors. The online donations are the first important touchpoint of a donor journey, which generates permanent supporters through further measures via retargeting, newsletter marketing or telephone marketing and thus ensures sustainable and long-term help for the Upper Austrian Food Bank.
