The GRÜN ZK-Box V4 was developed for powerful and flexible access control. The device works for increased access security via RFID transponder, biometrics and / or PIN entry on the connected access readers instead of normal keys. If the RFID ID card is lost, not all door locks have to be exchanged, only the respective ID card must be blocked. Manipulation is almost impossible.

The device can control the doors online and offline and also in combination. The digital inputs monitor the doors in order, for example, to trigger an alarm if they do not close or after access.

The EVO access readers combine design and modern technology into one. The compact, robust construction made of real tempered glass and aluminum offers security. Its reserved and clear appearance allows the access reader to work in demanding environments.

Thanks to the most modern reader modules, the noble access reader supports all common RFID processes. All employee data is encrypted for your security. The flat backlight behind the RFID symbol clearly shows the status. The colors are adjustable. White for waiting to read, red for denial and green for access granted are common.

With GRÜN ZICOM - time recording, working times can be booked easily and conveniently over the phone. The telephone server option was developed to give companies the option of booking working hours over the phone or smartphone. This booking option offers companies with many branches or individual employees at small locations an inexpensive alternative to hardware terminals. A PC takes on the tasks of a booking terminal with a special ISDN card and software specially created for this purpose.

How the phone servers work

The employee calls the GRÜN ZICOM telephone server, after the greeting, the ID number is entered using the number field on the phone. The booking is then confirmed with an announcement with the time and personnel number. Employees can also use a specific key on the phone to check their time account balance. By transferring the data from the phone server to GRÜN ZICOM you have the possibility to see the bookings almost simultaneously on the screen.

Safety

Additional entry of a PIN number when booking. Comparison of the telephone number when transferring the telephone number (by storing the telephone number in GRÜN ZICOM can ensure that the employee can only log in or out from a specific telephone in the time recording). A LOG file offers you backup data of up to 30 days. This data consists of ID number, date of call and telephone number.
