The options range from the simple deposit of any amount of funding, different levels of basic contributions (e.g. for family members) with any number of additional sector contributions or company contributions depending on freely definable criteria, such as the number of employees in the company, number of objects or payrolls.

Any number of membership fees defined in the fee regulations can be assigned to a member. A convenient workflow is available for this purpose, which, if required, enables a new member to be created, including the creation of a welcome letter.

In the GRÜN VEWA7 integrated fee determination function optimally supports the employees of your organization even with complex calculations of membership fees. The contribution assessment and the subsequent preparation of the contribution invoices are based on the contribution allocation.

The contribution assessment takes place in GRÜN VEWA7 audit-proof in a spool logic. A contribution spool of this type provides various control functions, such as a log of the contributions to be billed and a preview of the contribution invoices generated.

After checking and, if necessary, correction, the contribution invoices including the generation of claims against the member can be generated from the spool - VEWA also supports deviating debtors here, e.g. in the case of membership of minors or gift membership.

GRÜN In the standard model, VEWA7 supports various forms of accounting, for example a sub-annual calculation of membership fees when joining in the current calendar year, a calendar year or multi-year fee collection or the calculation of one-off fees and allocations. Contributions can also be staggered or determined and billed in a complex manner based on reported data such as annual sales, number of members or employees and any other freely definable criteria.
