The commercial processes in the Online seminar management from GRÜN eVEWA4 include accounting, three-stage dunning, electronic payment transactions and an interface to financial accounting.
From GRÜN eVEWA4 can be used to generate event invoices, both as an individual invoice for one participant and for all participants in an event at the push of a button.
Of course, the billing run also offers an invoice preview for control purposes. After the control, the event invoices are generated including the booking of the accounts receivable from the debtor - here eVEWA supports all invoicing variants that occur in seminars with different debtors and billing addressees, e.g. to the employer, any different billing address or to the participant himself.
From GRÜN eVEWA4 provides a three-stage dunning system based on the generated claims against the debtor. Above all, the reminder cockpit is available for this, an overview with which all open items to be reminded can be displayed and processed very easily on the screen. Classic printouts such as an open item list, a dunning list and a dunning letter are also available in eVEWA.
Incoming payments can be made via the in GRÜN eVEWA4 integrated payment transactions can be recorded. There is also the option of SEPA direct debit for participation fees.
In the standard model of GRÜN eVEWA4 already includes a financial accounting interface to DATEV accounting.
In addition, other financial accounting can also be set up due to the flexibility of the eVEWA interface.
