For the tenth edition of the Aachen Christmas singing, the official website (www.weihnachtssingen-ac.de) of the event was completely revised. The Christmas singing is organized by the Association of Christian Churches (ACK) in cooperation with Alemannia Aachen and creatEvent christian mourad. Over 25.000 visitors are expected again, who can look forward to an unforgettable community experience with festive music and a Christmas atmosphere.
Visitors can expect a varied program with traditional Christmas carols, atmospheric choirs and contemplative moments. Musical accompaniment will be provided by the GOSPELHAUS International Chapel Aachen, the St. Katharina children's and youth choir, the Richterich instrumental association and the middle and senior choir of the Viktoriaschule Aachen. The German Scout Association Saint George will bring the light of peace from Bethlehem, accompanied by the carol singers. The bells of Aachen Cathedral also contribute to the festive atmosphere and round off the musical experience.
Monica Schreiber (Evangelical Church) and Robert Moonen (stadium announcer) will once again be the moderators. Mayor Sibylle Keupen is also the patron this year and will give a welcoming speech.
